从前，有三个人得到一壶酒。他们决定在地上画蛇，先画好的人就喝这壶酒。有一个先画好了，拿酒准备喝，见另两人还未画完，就说：“我还能给蛇添上脚呢！”但脚未画完，另一人已把蛇画好了，说：“蛇本来没有脚，你怎能给它添脚呢？酒该我喝了！”。
On day thr mn got a bottl of win. But th win was not nough for thm thr and ach of thm wantd to drink th win alon. Thn thy all agrd that thy ach would draw a snak on th ground and th on who first finishd drawing would b givn th win. So thy bgan to draw on th ground with sticks.
It was not long bfor on of th thr finishd drawing his snak. H found th othr two wr still busy with thir drawings. “How slow you ar ！ ”said h， “I can vn add ft to my snak bfor you finish yours. ”
H put down th bottl and bgan to add ft to his snak. But bfor h finishd， anothr man took hold of th bottl and said， “I’v finishd. Snaks hav no ft， so yours is not a snak. ”With ths words h drank up th win.
